- Working on the existing projects- soft fit out;
- Developing the project from beginning to end – hard fit out.
Soft fit out procedure:
A client sends in an existing project; the operations team prepares a compliance audit report. The purchasing department promptly drafts a proposal that meets all of client's requirements, and if necessary offers alternative options and approves them with a client.
Hard fit out procedure:
Upon receiving preliminary information on a project, the operations department prepares the schematic design of the workshop floor plan, including the placement of the equipment, in compliance with all the norms, regulations and production process requirements, prepares the equipment specifications and creates work packages for the contractors for utility connections outlets.
The purchasing department selects the equipment meeting specifications required for your specific facility fit out, drafts a proposal and approves it with a client.
